Senator GIETZELT (Minister for Veterans' Affairs)(12.38) —I will not be party to a filibuster by Senator Walters. However, I will say this: The memorandum of understanding that she is constantly referring to did not deal with world heritage values, which is the basis upon which the Government is operating in respect of this legislation. It is not relevant to this piece of legislation. The legislation is about an inquiry. That is the object of the Bill, and I do not intend, therefore, to assist Senator Walters in a filibuster which will get us absolutely nowhere. She knows it, I know it, the Committee knows it, and I do not intend to respond any longer.
