Senator GRIMES (Minister for Community Services)(10.33) —I am informed that the reaction of the Department would depend on the sort of project he wanted to set up. I dare say that if he wanted to set up a casino or a house of ill fame it might be a bit difficult but if it were something less than that it might be all right.

Senator Crichton-Browne —It would be without prejudice?

Senator GRIMES —Yes, without prejudice.
