Senator PETER RAE(5.43) —May I see the letter to the Auditor-General so that I can come back to that communications matter if necessary? I believe the letter is being copied at the moment, so I would hope that this matter could be stood over for a couple of minutes until I have had a chance to read it.

Motion (by Senator Grimes) agreed to.

That further consideration of the votes in Group C be postponed till after consideration of the votes in Group D.

Proposed expenditure, $11,820,000.

Proposed expenditure, $4,282,000.

Motion (by Senator Reynolds) agreed to:

That the Committee of the Whole, having considered the Report of Estimates Committee D, recommends that the following matter be referred to the Standing Committee on Finance and Government Operations: The circumstances surrounding advice given, decisions taken and procedures involved with the various court actions relating to the film The Return of Captain Invincible.
