Senator HARRADINE(9.06) —I support the motion but I indicate, as Senator Primmer is no doubt about to advise, that material was received from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation subsequent to the time the report was prepared. That material shows quite clearly that the ABC now admits that it misled the previous Estimates Committee A, which is now Estimates Committee C, in respect of the provision of entitlements for homosexuals on the same basis as those for married couples. It is a very serious matter. I know that this is not the appropriate time to deal with it; I simply flag it now because it was a very serious and deliberate misleading of an Estimates committee on two occasions.

Question resolved in the affirmative.
