Consideration resumed.

The Bill.

The CHAIRMAN —The Committee is, by agreement, considering the Bill as a whole. At the moment we have before us amendments to clause 29 relating to membership of the National Crime Authority. We have agreed to omit certain clauses and the Attorney-General has moved an amendment to insert certain clauses, to which Senator Durack has moved an amendment to increase the membership from three to five. The question is that Senator Durack's amendment to the words proposed to be inserted by the Attorney-General be agreed to.
