Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER (Mr Leo McLeay) -Madam Speaker has received a letter from the Deputy Leader of the Opposition (Mr N.A. Brown) proposing that a definite matter of public importance be submitted to the House for discussion, namely:

The steady increase in public support for reform of Australia's industrial relations system.

I call upon those members who approve of the proposed discussion to rise in their places.
