Mr HODGMAN —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move, and the honourable member for Franklin (Mr Goodluck) will second:

That this House-

(1) notes that as a result of the vigilance of the Premier of Tasmania, the honourable members for Bass, Braddon, Franklin, Denison and Wilmot in this House , and Tasmanian Liberal senators, the Government has been forced to give an undertaking in writing, from the Deputy Prime Minister to the Premier of Tasmania, that there will now be no joint fishing venture in Tasmania; and

(2) demands that the Government will never again negotiate with Moscow about exploitation of Tasmania's natural resources.
