     5   Crimes Legislation Amendment (Economic Disruption) Bill 2020

Mr Tehan (Minister for Education), for Mr Dutton (Minister for Home Affairs), pursuant to notice, presented a Bill for an Act to amend the Crimes Act 1914 , the Criminal Code Act 1995 and the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 , and for other purposes.


Mr Tehan presented an explanatory memorandum to the bill.

Mr Tehan moved—That the bill be now read a second time.
