ACCESS TO JUSTICE (FEDERAL JURISDICTION) AMENDMENT BILL 2011E NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT (FIFTH COMMUNITY PHARMACY AGREEMENT INITIATIVES) BILL 2012E TAX LAWS AMENDMENT (2011 MEASURES NO. 9) BILL 2011

Messages from the House of Representatives were reported transmitting for the concurrence of the Senate the following bills:

 Message no. 346, dated 16 February 2012—A Bill for an Act to amend the law relating to courts and tribunals, and for related purposes.

 Message no. 350, dated 27 February 2012—A Bill for an Act to amend the National Health Act 1953, and for related purposes.

 Message no. 345, dated 14 February 2012—A Bill for an Act to amend the law relating to taxation and superannuation, and for other purposes.

The Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (Senator Ludwig) moved—That these bills may proceed without formalities, may be taken together and be now read a first time.

Question put and passed.

Explanatory memorandum: Senator Ludwig tabled a revised explanatory memorandum relating to the National Health Amendment (Fifth Community Pharmacy Agreement Initiatives) Bill 2012.
