CONSIDERATION OF LEGISLATION

Senator Bernardi, pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a formal motion, moved general business notice of motion no. 471—

 (1) That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.

 (2) That, from 12.30 pm on 17 August 2009, the Crimes Legislation Amendment (Enhanced Child Protection from Predatory Tourism Offences) Bill 2008 have precedence over all government business until determined.
