TELECOMMUNICATIONS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (NATIONAL BROADBAND NETWORK MEASURES NO. 1) BILL 2009

The Minister for Climate Change and Water (Senator Wong), at the request of the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy (Senator Conroy) and pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a formal motion, moved government business notice of motion no. 4—That the following bill be introduced:

 A Bill for an Act to amend legislation relating to telecommunications, and for related purposes.
