BANKING AMENDMENT (KEEPING BANKS ACCOUNTABLE) BILL 2009

The Leader of the Family First Party (Senator Fielding), pursuant to notice of motion not objected to as a formal motion, moved general business notice of motion no. 465—That the following bill be introduced:

 A Bill for an Act to amend the Banking Act 1959 to keep banks accountable in setting mortgage interest rates, and for related purposes.
