NOTICES OF MOTION

The Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Health and Aged Care (Senator Tambling), by leave, gave notices of motion as follows: To move on the next day of sitting—

 No. 1—That the provisions of paragraphs (5) to (7) of standing order 111 not apply to the Migration Legislation Amendment (Temporary Safe Haven Visas) Bill 1999, allowing it to be considered during this period of sittings.

 No. 2—That the provisions of paragraphs (5) to (7) of standing order 111 not apply to the Further 1998 Budget Measures Legislation Amendment (Social Security) Bill 1999, allowing it to be considered during this period of sittings.

 Documents: Senator Tambling tabled the following documents:

  Consideration of legislation—Statements of reasons [2] for introduction and passage of certain bills in the 1999 autumn sittings.
