PARLIAMENT BILL 1974

Senator Wright, pursuant to Notice of Motion not objected to as a Formal Motion, moved--That leave be given to introduce a Bill for an Act to 4 determine the Site of the New and Permanent Parliament House, and to provide for the Grounds in the vicinity of the Parliament to be controlled by the Parliament.

Question--put and passed.

Bill presented, and on the motion of Senator Wright read a first time, and the second reading made an Order of the Day for the next day of sitting.
