Payment Times Reporting (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2020

Messages from the House of Representatives were reported transmitting for the concurrence of the Senate the following bills:

Message no. 206, dated 11 June 2020—A Bill for an Act to provide for certain entities to report payment terms and practices, and for related purposes.

Message no. 207, dated 11 June 2020—A Bill for an Act to deal with consequential matters arising from the enactment of the Payment Times Reporting Act 2020 , and for related purposes.

The Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment (Senator Birmingham) moved—That these bills may proceed without formalities, may be taken together and be now read a first time.
