Senator NASH (New South WalesDeputy Leader of The Nationals in the Senate) (18:03): In the essence of time, could I just ask the minister to clarify—and perhaps if I clarify: I am not asking for the overall impact. What I want to know is the on-farm increased electricity costs that farmers will have to pay because their electricity bill goes up. I am not that interested in the overall effect on the increase or the decrease of the cents-per-litre price or anything else. Just very simply, how much extra on average will a farmer have to pay for their non-household electricity increases as a result of the carbon tax?
