Senator CASH (Western AustraliaMinister Assisting the Prime Minister for the Public Service, Minister for Employment and Minister for Women) (10:54): My understanding is that in relation to 'reasonable suspicion' there is case law upon which guidance is sought. Obviously, any decisions made would also be based on all of the evidence available to the minister at that particular point in time. I am seeking guidance from the department in relation to your further questions.

In relation to whether or not they are undesirable, that would take into consideration whether or not they are associated with certain people.
