Senator LUNDY (Australian Capital TerritoryMinister Assisting for Industry and Innovation, Minister for Multicultural Affairs and Minister for Sport) (17:48): I feel compelled again to contest the assertions made by Senator Milne. In fact, the scrutiny of the parliament provides for disallowance to be moved if there is dissatisfaction with the delegation as it is presented to the parliament. That opportunity would stand in this parliament if senators found that they were dissatisfied with the delegation. So, again, it is a higher level of accountability that certainly satisfies the government's confidence not only that these agreements would be adhered to but also that we have a comprehensive accountability process within both houses of parliament.
