Senator HANSON (Queensland) (11:46): Minister, I have one last question on vilification, intimidation and how people feel. It is a known fact that a lot of people are bringing signs to protest rallies and so on, and those for the 'yes' vote have signs saying 'homophobic' or 'you're a bigot'. Would that be classified as vilification? Would those people be charged under this act?
