Senator LUDWIG (Special Minister of State and Cabinet Secretary) (6:15 PM) —The import of that would be that the CEO ensures that they deal with administrative matters, not clinical issues. They will not be called upon to determine. We started with this compliance legislation some time ago. It is about ensuring that it would be maintained in the administrative field and that Medicare would not be making clinical decisions about the information or judgments on whether or not it is clinical information. I am looking to the adviser and I am getting a nod, so that is as I understand it.
