Senator SCULLION (5:52 PM) —It certainly is the intent that this is done just once, and it is an agreement. It is not about ticking the box or anything to do with the single audit. It is about an arrangement that recognises the peculiar sensitivities within each of the sectors. It is to be done once so that at least if we ask for some compliance we are going to know that that is a requirement now, but that is through a consultation process that may be put in regulations at some later stage. One would hope that it is simply an informal process that is agreed to at this stage.
