Senator FIERRAVANTI-WELLS (New South WalesMinister for International Development and the Pacific) (21:20): Counselling will in most cases be paid for directly to state and territory governments. They have agreed to a minimum of 20 sessions. This is in addition to the universal support provided by Medicare. For those jurisdictions that do not subscribe to these arrangements, money will be paid directly to survivors.
