Senator BROWN (6:20 PM) —Is there a provision in the legislation, where the court determines that if a trial proceeded it would be unfair, for the Attorney-General to change an application to the court for either certain matters to be withheld from the defendant or the defendant's lawyers or some other application to the court so that the court might then reconsider the decision it had made and proceed?
