Senator FAULKNER (Leader of the Opposition in the Senate) (3:49 PM) —by leave—If leave is refused, Chair, I will move to suspend standing orders. I appreciate the suggestion that Senator Harradine has made and, in the interests of seeing whether we can work this through cooperatively and without the necessity of a suspension debate, I am happy to move the motion later this afternoon if that will assist Senator Harradine. That is the offer I was trying to make, to avoid the necessity of suspending.
