Senator IAN MACDONALD (Minister for Fisheries, Forestry and Conservation) (3:31 AM) —I would not be tempted by Senator Brown for anything— absolutely nothing. How can the Labor Party have a shadow minister who is so uncertain with his policy approach that in the space of four days he changes his mind? Senator O'Brien is trying to tell me that in the space of one speech he has changed his mind. I just cannot believe that. We oppose the amendment.
