Senator IAN MACDONALD (Minister for Fisheries, Forestry and Conservation) (2:44 AM) —Senator Brown correctly predicted the government's approach to his amendment—that is, we will be opposing it. In relation to the name of the scientist, I do not have that. There were consultants and there is a report around. No doubt we could find it, but we do not have it at the moment.

Senator Brown —Could I have a copy of the report?

Senator IAN MACDONALD —I am sure that we will not have it here with us. I would have to take some advice on that, Senator Brown. This is Dr Kemp's portfolio, and I am not sure whether it is a public document and whether there is any reason it should not be. But if it is readily available, we will try to get you a copy of it.
