Senator COONAN (Minister for Revenue and Assistant Treasurer) (9:37 PM) —I would have thought you would have comprehended a notice on a door at a much earlier age than 14. Senator Ludwig, I refer you again to the New South Wales definition. I think your concerns about any grey areas would be addressed by the fact that that young person, person with a disability or person with a difficulty in comprehending could certainly sue in tort. As I do stress, we are not taking away the rights of minors, because they still have the rights to sue for negligence.
