Senator GREIG (12:23 PM) —Minister, I asked: is it possible that a practitioner could be enrolled but not working as such? In other words, could they be on the books as being recognised officially as a legal practitioner but not necessarily be working within that field? Or is that a contradiction given that, to be on the AAT in the first place, you would need to be practising?
