Senator SIEWERT (Western AustraliaAustralian Greens Whip) (21:45): Thank you very much for those answers. It's helped to clarify things, but it doesn't go to the overarching question that I was asking in terms of a cap. It is possible that somebody could go through the whole process—have the seven weeks—and then go back to the start. They could have a cycle of those through the year. I've listened and heard all that you've said about the various interventions that can be made but, bearing all that in mind, it is possible they could have a series of suspensions going through the whole process—one, two, four, start again.
