Senator CROWLEY (Minister for Family Services) (11.41 a.m.) —I am doing my best, but I am told that if it says in any act of the Commonwealth `imprisonment for six months,' it means under the Crimes Act the provision of a monetary penalty as well as or instead of a prison sentence.
