Senator MICHAEL BAUME —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

  That the Senate—


    (i)the distress of many Australians who migrated from the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia at being labelled `Slav Macedonians' by the Keating Government without agreement or consultation, and

    (ii)the disappointment of such Australians in the performance of the Labor Member for Throsby (Mr Hollis) in his ineffective representation of their interests; and

  (b)calls on the Keating Government to reconsider policies which fail to understand the sensitivities of parts of the Australian community and in fact further divide that community.
