Senator COLLINS (Minister for Shipping and Aviation Support) (9.10 p.m.) —The Government is trenchantly opposed to the Opposition's amendment because it will broaden the ambit. We have deliberately restricted our amendment. Technically, the Opposition's amendment, if carried, would allow the Minister to influence politically matters related to programming.
