Employment

The Work for the Dole program is inherently exploitive, it detracts time, energy and effort for job seeking, it's punitive in nature and emphasis a sense of worthless and loss of dignity. Network providers are outsourcing unemployed participants information to non-for profit businesses who will then credit and exploit free labour. Employed opportunities are now being replaced with unpaid free labour.

We therefore ask the House to end Work for the Dole

from 7 citizens (Petition No. EN0855)
