Mr CREAN (HothamMinister for Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government and Minister for the Arts) (11:23): It might suit the convenience of the Federation Chamber to consider the items of proposed expenditure in the order and groupings shown in the schedule which has been circulated to honourable members. I indicate to the Federation Chamber that the proposed order for consideration of portfolio estimates has been discussed with the opposition and other non-government members, and there has been no objection to what is proposed.
