Mr RUDDOCK (Attorney-General) (5:06 PM) —I oppose this. Given that the other amendments have already been carried by this House, I do not think it is appropriate to make an amendment that would really only have applied if we had dealt with the issues differently. As matters develop in the other place, it may well be that the honourable member and I can have some further discussion on this.
