Mr ANDERSON (Acting Prime Minister) (2:00 PM) —I inform the House that, as I am sure members know, the Prime Minister will be absent from question time today. He is travelling to Hobart, along with the Leader of the Opposition and a number of other members, to attend the funeral of the former Premier of Tasmania, Jim Bacon. I know all members will join me in saying that thoughts are going out to his family and friends at a time like this. I will answer questions on the Prime Minister's behalf.
