Ms GILLARD (3:07 PM) —My question is to the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, representing the Special Minister of State, and relates to activities of registered organisations under the Commonwealth Electoral Act. Is the minister aware of the Liberal Party's 2001-02 return to the Australian Electoral Commission disclosing donations from a Dante Tan—formerly known as Shaoghi Chen—and a person called A. Torbay? Is the minister aware that both donors are listed on the Liberal Party return as being care of the residential address in North Parramatta of Mr Karim Kisrwani?

The SPEAKER —I warn the member for Grayndler!

Mr ABBOTT (Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations and Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for the Public Service) —I am not aware of the matters in question. But if the member for Lalor has any evidence, as opposed to innuendo, she should make that available to the Australian Electoral Commission and the Electoral Commission will investigate it.

The SPEAKER —Does the member for Lyons have a difficulty with the standing orders? He ought to be more familiar with them than most in the House.
