Mr HOLLIS (9:57 PM) —I will just delay the House for one minute in reply to the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance and Administration. Although he talks about ILO convention 147, and I agree with him on this, I want to know from the government if such things as murder, which happened to the radio operator on the Cape Glory in Port Hedland harbour, are covered by this legislation. That was a murder committed in Australian territorial waters—we are now talking about crimes at sea—and there has been no coroner's report on that murder. I want to know whether that is covered by this legislation or not.
