To the Honourable the Speaker and Members of the House of Representatives in Parliament assembled.

The humble petition of certain electors of Australia respectfully showeth:

That the North Coast section of the Pacific Highway, from a point just south of Port Macquarie and just north of Woolgoolga, is in urgent need of major road improvement works in order to bring it up to road safety standards.

Your petitioners therefore humbly pray that:

The Federal Government immediately divert national highway funds or make available other funds towards the improvement of this section of the Pacific Highway.

And your petitioners, as in duty bound, will humbly pray.
