Mr LIONEL BOWEN (Minister for Trade)(8.08) —I assure the honourable member that the matter will be monitored. We do not want to see a proliferation of litigation. We have already made decisions. This is a variation position that the honourable member is anxious to avoid. I agree with that. It would be proper to look into the matter. I will ask the Attorney-General to do that.
