Mr CADMAN —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

That this House-

(1) expresses its apprehension with Government decisions relating to the Builders Labourers Federation; and

(2) draws the Government's attention to-

(a) the dropping of deregistration proceedings by the Government's own specific direction;

(b) the turning of a blind eye to wage claims outside the prices-incomes accord ; and

(c) the acquiesence to endless stoppages in the building industry,

that have all acted to encourage other union leaders in their claims, and demonstrates the apparent hypocrisy of the Government in claiming union compliance with the accord.
