Mr PEACOCK —My question is supplementary to that asked by the Leader of the National Party. I ask the Prime Minister: How can he reconcile the action he has taken to prevent the media from commenting on evidence he has given to the Royal Commission on Australia's Security and Intelligence Agencies with the taking upon himself of the right to give judgment and comment on the evidence of Mr David Combe? The question that he was asked the other day was a specific one related to the fee he took to supplement his income. The answer he gave was a general one wherein he said that so much of the evidence given by Mr David Combe was inaccurate.

Mr HAWKE —The premise of the Leader of the Opposition's question is incorrect and therefore the question does not stand.
