Mr GROOM —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move :

That this House-

(1) notes that-

(a) 24 weeks have now passed since the Federal Election, and

(b) during that period the Prime Minister has visited the mainland States of Australia and has also toured Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Canada and Honolulu in Hawaii but has so far failed to make even one visit to Tasmania, one of the original States in the Commonwealth of Australia, and

(2) condemns the Prime Minister for forgetting Tasmania and for continuing to ignore the feelings and the views of the people of that State.
