Mr BERNARD CORSER (WIDE BAY, QUEENSLAND) - I ask the Prime Minister does the Commonwealth Government grant scholarships to young public servants tenable at the universities of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart and Canberra, in respect of which full fees are paid by the Government? Are similar scholarships available at the University of Queensland, except that only half-fees are paid by the Commonwealth Government? If so, what is the reason for such discrimination?
