Mr HUMPHREYS (Griffith) - I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

That this House-

(1)   urges the Prime Minister and the Minister for Administrative Services to call for the intervention of the Australian Federal Police to assist the Queensland Police in apprehending those involved in the terrorist bombing of the Iwasaki Tourist Resort,

(2)   believes that the Government should offer a reward for the speedy detention of those guilty of this deplorable act of destruction, and

(3)   deplores terrorist activity and urges the Government to waste no time in having the guilty brought to justice, even though the Australian Labor Party cannot condone the circumstances under which Mr Iwasaki has been sold part of Australia's heritage.
