'My List' is a place to keep a personal collection of search result records for such purposes as:
There is a limit of 100 items that can be kept in My List. The system will warn you when this limit is reached and you can then opt to remove the oldest item in My List or delete items.
The Add To List button on the Search Results screen or the Document View lets you select items (a good analogy is a shopping basket) for your 'My List' personalised collection. It is available on either of the screens:
