Senator McGAURAN --As you would know, there was
controversy--even anonymous letters were sent around to senators--in
relation to when the Department of the Parliamentary Reporting Staff was, I
think, combined with the Parliamentary Library. Is that working well now?
Has the controversy settled down? Mr Templeton --Mr Chairman, the background to that is that
