Insert:

                 or (f)  a primary stakeholder in a fishery under a co‑management arrangement for the fishery;

2  Paragraph 93(1)(e)

Omit “1984; or”, substitute “1984;”.

3  Paragraph 93(1)(f)

Repeal the paragraph.
