The order of the day having been read for the resumption of the debate on the questionâThat the bill be now read a second timeâ And on the amendment moved thereto by Mr Dutton, viz.â That all words after âThatâ be omitted with a view to substituting the following words: âthe House declines to give the bill a second reading until the following provisions are presented to the House for its consideration:
(1)Â Â Â provisions establishing the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority, including its full functions and responsibilities; and
(2)Â Â Â provisions establishing the National Performance Authority, including its full functions and responsibilitiesâ.
