âThere is anecdotal evidence of non-Indigenous people, particularly men, who have sexual relationships with young people and then move on and are very difficult to track down. Does the minister feel that the removal of the permit system is not going to make that situation potentially worse? What moves have been made by the government to ensure that that situation not only does not get worse but also is stopped and retrospectively investigated?
